What are your turnaround times?
Once we have received your files and done our necessary checks on your artwork we will send you an order confirmation, once you get your order confirmation please allow 3-5 working days to receive your print.
Can I have a printed proof?
Yes. If you would like a printed proof please ask us when you place your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept credit and debit payments over the phone, cheques, which are payable to Green Sheep Design LTD and can also provide you with the details for a bank transfer. Please note that payments via cheques and bank transfers will need to clear before we can process your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat rate of £6 per parcel and we use a next day courier service. Generally all orders can be shipped in one parcel but we will advise you at the time of ordering.
I can’t find the price I need
If there is a price for something you need but it's not listed in the site please call us. We would be happy to quote you for anything you need including larger quantities.
What file formats do you accept?
When submitting a file for print we require a high quality PDF. If you are unsure what this is please contact us.
What Bleed do you use?
We use a 3mm bleed, please ensure this is added to your document on submission. Any text, images or colours that you want to run over the edge must be included in the bleed area.
What margins should I use?
Use at least 5mm on small documents i.e. Business cards & A6 prints, 10mm on A5 prints and 15mm + for A4 and larger prints, this will ensure a nice finish to your print.
What's the difference between bleed & margins?
Bleed is an extra area added to a document that will be trimmed off in the cut process. Margins or "quiet" borders are used to keep important text and images away from the edge of the page.
